Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address or order details, please email us at support@belle-and-rose.com within 12 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed. Unfortunately, once the packaging and shipping process has already started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
