Refunds & Returns

RETURNS: 

Customers have 7 days to return items (if there are no defects) with original packaging. Customers are also responsible for the return costs. Proof of purchase will be required for any return or refund (including tracking & order number). A $3.75 restocking fee will be applied to returns.

Shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. You should consider shipment tracking and/or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

In order for your return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • in saleable condition;
  • in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
  • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the item (if applicable);

RETURN SHIPPING:

To start a return, contact us at support@belle-and-rose.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methodPlease remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Important: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless your item arrives damaged.

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, we'll send you a new item.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED
  • Items must be in new, saleable condition in the original packaging
  • All accessories must be included (if applicable)
  • We also advise you to retain your proof of purchase

You may receive a partial refund if:

  • Any item is not in its original condition
  • Any item is damaged or missing parts

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.rosaly-beauty.com. Proof of purchase will be required for any refund (including tracking & order number).

CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR ORDER

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address or order details, please email us at support@belle-and-rose.com within 12 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@belle-and-rose.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 48-hours to contact us about any order that arrives damaged.
