We ship orders Monday – Friday. However, we do not ship on observed holidays.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they're placed.
Our delivery will take 3-10 days; However due to recent world events (COVID-19), our transportation and supply chain have been slightly impacted resulting in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. Please allow 7-14 days to receive your package for domestic orders (United States) and 10-15 days on average for international orders although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 3 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working toward offering faster, better, and more convenient delivery time.
*** Lost or stolen package:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages expect for packages lost while in transit. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
